Intimacy Coaching Level 1: Awareness, Boundaries, Consent & Desire
Feel into your full erotic capacity while exploring new ways to access arousal, relaxation and pleasure. Learn how to give & receive exquisite touch. Gain confidence and skills in body awareness, consent, connection and communication. Reach new heights of pleasure without anxiety, dissociation or losing attunement and connection with yourself or others.
Boundaries: Activities and types of touch vary depending on client comfort, goals and skill. When engaging in sensual touch, the client and practitioner's undergarments are always kept on with no touch beneath intimate clothing items. Sessions centre on experiential learning through embodied activities, including consent games, breathwork, cuddling & touch (no kissing on the lips).
Intimacy Coaching Level 2: Sensuality
Building on skills developed in Level 1, in these sessions we explore heightened states of arousal and erotic play, integrating and honing the delights of full body touch. These sessions can include conscious explorations of our most intimate erogeneous zones. Tools include genital mapping, witnessing self-pleasure, body image explorations and using movement, breath and sound to support full body pleasure and connection.
Boundaries: No intercourse or giving or receiving oral.
Pre-requisites: Completion of Level 1. Clients must have taken at least one Level 1 session, and demonstrated foundational skills in embodiment, communication and attunement to self and other.
Level III - Expansive Immersive Intimacy
Explore the full galaxy of the erotic realms. Gain confidence as a lover and learn to navigate obstacles and delights alike. Practice and play to overcome any issues related to body shame, age, lack of experience, past traumas, erectile dysfunction, pelvic pain, dissociation, numbness or lack of pleasure during sex. Discover new sexual activities and skills, as well as a deep understanding of your own unique strengths and gifts to the sensual world.
Boundaries: Clear communication, enthusiastic consent & safer sex practices.
Pre-requisites: Clients must have taken at least one Level 1 and 2 sessions, and demonstrated foundational skill in embodiment, communication and attunement to self and other.
